Zircon is recognised as a leading design and construct company with a vision to ‘engage modern design in every workplace’ and a mission of ‘creating inspiring workplaces for the future’.

Zircon services medium to large size businesses ranging from 100 square metres to 10,000 square metres of office space predominately in Melbourne and Sydney with a methodology for every project of ‘concept to completion.’ We co-ordinate the process through from conducting a needs analysis, specialist engineering, interior design, furniture selection to project management and project follow up. Through office interior design, we co-ordinate the process of your office fitout with commercial interior design, office partitions, office refurbishments and custom furniture.

CONCEPTION

We embark with you on your design journey to bring together and create your requirements, wants and ideas which express your organisations unique culture. Test fits are produced of the space to verify that required areas are maintained within the space and future growth is accommodated.

CREATION

Concept plans & mood boards are created from the conception stage to form the picture of the project. We collaborate with your teams to involve them in the interior design process and make their new office fitout an enjoyable creation with a methodology of organic client involvement. A fixed price proposal is generated from the design to keep the project flowing towards construction.

COMPLETION

The picture is brought to life as final plans are drafted, dates are locked in and construction commences onsite. In this final stage, the details are confirmed with documentation, council approvals are obtained, and regular meetings are held to update your team on the progress of your new office fitout.
